About Me

My Story

My legal journey began in Bangladesh, where I developed a deep interest in advocacy, public law, and the role of legal institutions in shaping society. After qualifying as an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council, I built my early career through court practice, advisory work, and representation in both civil and criminal matters.

In September 2022, I moved to the United Kingdom to further my legal training and broaden my professional perspective. Since then, my practice has evolved across jurisdictions, combining litigation, advisory work, and regulatory matters.

Today, I work in London while remaining connected to my roots in Bangladesh. My experience across two legal systems has given me a broader understanding of legal process, procedure, and the human realities behind every case.

Beyond legal practice, I value thoughtful writing, literature, animal rights and sport- all of which shape the way I think, analyse, and approach my work.

Professional Background

At present, I have been working with Avista Solicitors in Morden, London, as a Legal Consultant.

My practice covers a broad range of matters, including Business and Personal Immigration, Asylum, Will & Probate, Powers of Attorney, Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Employment, and Corporate matters.

I am supervised in conveyancing matters in accordance with professional requirements.

Prior to relocating to the United Kingdom, I practised in Bangladesh as an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council, where I gained experience in civil, criminal, land, service, and environmental law matters, and represented clients before courts and tribunals.

Academic Journey

I completed my LLB and LLM at the University of Dhaka before pursuing further legal training in the United Kingdom.

In September 2022, I undertook the Bar Training Course at BPP University, Birmingham, where I achieved a Distinction with an overall score of 82%. I scored 89% in both Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation.

I subsequently passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE at my first attempt, achieving Quintile 1 in both FLK1 and FLK2. I obtained my first practice.
